- All Sales Are Final: Please note that all masterclass tickets, online registrations, and digital access passes are 100% non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed, no cash or credit refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- Ticket Transfers: If you are unable to attend the live session, you may transfer your ticket to a colleague or friend. To request a ticket transfer, please email us at least 48 hours before the masterclass starts with the full name and email address of the new attendee.
- Event Modification: In the rare event that Prime 37 GRC Advisory LLC cancels or reschedules a masterclass, you will automatically receive a full credit to attend the rescheduled session or a future masterclass of equal value.
